Job summary

Coma Coffee Roasters in Fargo, ND seeks a Leader on Duty to open and close the store, and to uphold cash-handling procedures while guiding the team.

You will coach staff, ensure safety for customers and colleagues, sign in customers and explain the buy process in detail, price items, merchandise displays, manage fitting rooms, and follow loss-prevention practices.

• Diplomatically explaining pass reasons and presenting the quoted offer to the customer
• Accurately process transactions using cash-handling procedures
• Tagging, hanging, and visually merchandising products
• Managing fitting rooms
• Following loss-prevention procedures as outlined by store management
