Job summary

Shopomw is seeking a capable store supervisor to lead daily operations, manage opening and closing tasks, including bank deposits and shipment receipt, and ensure policy execution.

You will coach associates on the floor, demonstrate product knowledge, support visual merchandising, and assist with floor sets, signage, and window changes, with varied weekly shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Available to work varied weekly shifts, including weekend, closing and peak shifts
• Ability to provide in the moment coaching to associates
• Responsible for leadership tasks as delegated by the store manager
• Display knowledge of product
• Perform opening/closing routines including execution of bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpret/disseminate company directive
• Assist with floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement.
