Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in Garden City to ensure smooth store operations and outstanding customer service.

You will coach the sales team, model best practices in service, and handle opening/closing and cash reconciliation. This role offers growth into supervisory responsibilities with a prestigious prestige beauty brand.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable: previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Desirable: previous supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring others.
• Flexibility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic customer service.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and targets are met.
• Handle opening/closing duties on a rota basis and participate in cash reconciliation.
• Support scheduling and coverage during peak times and events.
