Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies in Berkeley, CA is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. You will lead by example, delivering inspirational, personalized customer service and help achieve sales and service targets.

In addition to coaching teammates, you will handle opening and closing duties, cash reconciliation, and participate in day-to-day store operations. The role offers growth opportunities within a prestige beauty leader.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with opening/closing duties and cash handling desirable.
• Previous supervisory/coaching experience desirable.
• Flexibility to work retail hours including nights and weekends.
• Experience with retail POS software.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
