Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably cosmetics or prestige beauty.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations.
• Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation and store opening/closing on a rota.
