The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in New York is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, coaching the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic customer service and meet sales targets.

You will manage cash reconciliation, open and close the store on a rotating schedule, and contribute to a premium shopping experience across prestige beauty brands.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing store operations.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Must provide proof of right to live and work in the United States when invited to interview.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to coach and mentor the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation and other cash-handling duties.
• Assist with opening and closing the store on a rotating schedule.
• Contribute to achieving or exceeding sales and customer service targets.
