Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in West Palm Beach. You will lead by example, delivering inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to achieve sales and service targets.

You will also handle start/end of day cash reconciliation, open/close the store on a rota basis, and mentor the sales team. This role offers growth within prestige beauty and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others.
• Willingness to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager for smooth operation.
