Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in West Palm Beach. You will use coaching and mentoring to lead by example, delivering inspirational, authentic customer service to achieve sales and service targets.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Willing to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver inspirational, personalized customer service.
• Coach and mentor sales team to hit sales targets.
• Carry out start/end of day cash reconciliation.
