Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager in West Palm Beach, FL, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer service. You will coach the sales team and model behaviours for inspirational, personalized service while handling cash procedures.

You will participate in opening/closing the store on a rota, contribute to achieving sales targets, and support a prestige beauty environment with strong brand standards and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience within cosmetics preferred.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to coach and mentor the sales team to meet sales and service targets.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and open/close the store on a rota basis.
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations and customer service excellence.
