Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager in our Miami store. You will model exceptional customer service, coach the sales team, and help drive sales targets with authentic, personalized interactions.

Responsibilities include cash reconciliation at the start and end of day, opening and closing the store on a rota, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role offers a clear path toward supervisory advancement within a prestige beauty leader.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operation of the store
• Lead by example and coach the sales team to deliver inspirational customer service
• Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation
• Open and close the store on a rota basis
• Progress toward a longer-term supervisory role within a prestige beauty leader
