Job summary

BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a Key Holder to join our Retail Operations team in Roseville, CA. This role opens and closes the store, supports new employees, and drives sales by delivering excellent customer service and product knowledge.

You will assist during high volume periods, manage cash handling, and help maintain store standards. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent
• Ability to work with fluid schedules; peak hours, nights, weekends, holidays
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling
• Team-oriented mentality; ability to lift up to 49 pounds

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and assist during high volume periods
• Greet customers, inform about products and services, build rapport
• Assist with inventory tasks and restocking, counts, loss prevention
• Handle cash, open/close tills, count cash, prepare deposits
• Operate scanners, cash registers, and other electronics
• Ensure proper age verification and provide receipts
• Process refunds and exchanges
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with training new employees
