Estée Lauder Companies in Sevierville, TN, is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering inspirational, authentic customer service and achieving sales targets.

You will lead by example, coach the sales team, handle cash reconciliation, and participate in opening and closing the store on a rota basis. This role offers growth within a prestige beauty leader.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Applicants must provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.

Responsibilities

• Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation.
