Job summary

Anthropologie in Little Rock is seeking a Key Holder to support the store leadership in delivering outstanding service, selling, and daily operations. You’ll be the expert on store procedures and mentor teammates to uphold brand standards.

As part of a dynamic retail team, you will drive sales, maintain visual standards, and participate in opening/closing duties. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are expected to meet store needs, with opportunities to grow within URBN.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach to service and sales.
• Experience leading or coordinating a small team.
• Ability to collaborate with store leadership and peers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to create a welcoming customer environment and achieve store metrics.
• Drive sales by using KPIs to set team goals and zones.
• Utilize omni-channel tools to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and merch stocking.
• Support training and onboarding of new hires and team members.
• Maintain store standards and visual execution, including markdowns and stock levels.
• Communicate feedback from customers and team to Store Manager.
• Participate in team-building activities and store initiatives.
