Job summary

You will lead daily operations on the sales floor, maintain merchandising standards, process transactions, and deliver friendly, knowledgeable service while supporting store leadership.

Qualifications

• Retail experience required, supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Petco’s animal care standards, ensuring health, safety, and proper handling of all animals.
• Open and close the store, and serve as a point of contact when management is not present.
• Supervise store partners and assist with training new staff.
• Maintain merchandising standards, pricing accuracy, and store cleanliness.
• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to every customer.
