Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Cash reconciliation and opening/closing duties desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support Store Manager to ensure smooth running of the store.
• Deliver inspirational customer service and meet sales and service targets.
• Perform start-of-day and end-of-day cash reconciliations and cash handling.
• Open and close the store on a rotating schedule; manage retail operations.
