Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring the smooth, efficient running of the store and delivering inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a prestige beauty setting.

You will handle cash reconciliation during opening and closing, work on a rota basis, and, if you are an ambitious self-starter, use this role as the first step toward a long-term career with a leader in prestige beauty.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service.
• Desirable: retail operations experience including cash reconciliation.
• Desirable: previous supervisory experience coaching teams.
• Willing to work retail hours including nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.
• Right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to run the store smoothly.
• Lead by example with coaching and mentoring for the sales team.
• Perform opening and closing procedures on a rota basis.
• Ensure accurate start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
