Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies in Manhattan Beach is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth operation and exceptional customer service. You will lead by example, coach the sales team, handle cash reconciliation, and participate in opening and closing shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable experience in cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Desirable supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Previous experience with retail POS software.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth running of the store.
• Lead by example with coaching and mentoring to provide personal customer service.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
• Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to achieve sales targets.
• Work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
