Qualifications

• Customer-first mindset in retail environment.
• Ability to coach associates in-the-m moment.
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills.
• Willingness to work peak days/times, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in sales, customer experience and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead as delegated by Store Manager, including being Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate knowledge of policies, store strategies and products.
• Set daily direction and goals for the team.
• Perform opening/closing routines, including cash handling and receipts.
• Build genuine connections with customers, uncover needs and make recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation and marketing placement.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain store appearance.
