Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Key Holder to support the Manager in daily bakery operations, including opening/closing, guest service, and accurate transaction processing. The role emphasizes a warm, welcoming atmosphere and strong teamwork to ensure smooth, profitable store performance.

You will balance the cash drawer, assist with orders, coordinate between Guest Services and Bakery, and help with merchandising, cleaning, and clerical tasks while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Co-facilitates bakery opening/closing, balances cash drawer.
• Assist guests with orders in person and by phone.
• Operate and balance the POS with accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of prices, products and promotions.
• Coordinate timing of orders between Guest Services and Bakery.
• Manage special-order fulfillment via web and email.
• Support marketing events and brand-building activities.
• Keep crafting/joy creator area clean and sanitized.
• Ensure managerial daily instructions are completed.
• Monitor emails and customer inquiries.
• Assist with receiving and inventory handling.
• Willing to assist other departments.
