Anthropologie in Franklin, TN is seeking a proactive Key Holder to support the store leadership team in service, selling, and daily operations. You will be an expert in operating procedures and mentor the associate team.

You will drive sales and store metrics, collaborate with leadership to maintain a welcoming customer experience, and help manage opening/closing, shipments, and visual standards while delivering omni-channel service.

Qualifications

• Anthro brand affinity is preferred.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Collaborates with leadership to cultivate a welcoming, valued environment for all customers.
• Sales & KPIs: Drives sales and store metrics using KPIs to set team goals and zoning.
• Omni-channel: Uses technology to deliver seamless omni services across channels.
• Leadership: Manages store environment, pace, and daily zones with positivity.
• Training: Supports training of associates, including onboarding.
• Operations: Handles opening/closing, store standards, restocking, and IT issues.
• Fulfillment: Facilitates shipment and omni fulfilment; upholds visual standards and stock levels.
• Maintenance: Keeps store clean and updated with monthly visuals and messaging.
• Communication: Listens actively, seeks feedback, and communicates insights to leadership.
• Team morale: Supports brand initiatives and team-building activities.
