Qualifications

• Previous experience in specialty retail is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class service using the GUEST approach and help customers find products.
• Greet customers, assess needs and suggest items to build on sales.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with store opening/closing procedures.
• Support sales goals and coach teammates to improve service quality.
• Process returns and exchanges; keep the sales floor clean and organized.
