You will help with inventory, merchandising, and loss prevention while upholding safety policies. This role emphasizes leadership, training, and delivering friendly service to customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is beneficial.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays for effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and processing damaged goods; payroll and scheduling records.
