Job summary

Montblanc North America in Aventura is seeking a Key Holder to drive sales and deliver exceptional service. You will open/close the boutique, maintain the store's appearance, develop a client network, capture client data, and expand relationships across collections with strong product knowledge.

You will also provide after-sales service and assist with light repairs. Fluency in English and Spanish, excellent interpersonal skills, and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays are

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales; jewelry or high-end luxury product sales is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Able to work open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Standing on the sales floor for 90% of the workday.
• High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Role Overview

Overall responsibility of achieving individual sales objectives; developing and servicing the customer.

Responsibilities

• Achieve preset sales objectives.
