Temporary Key Holder – Montblanc | Woodbury

Reports to: Boutique Manager

Role Overview

Overall responsibility for achievement of individual sales objectives; developing and servicing the customer.

Responsibilities

• Achieve preset sales objectives.
• Develop network and clientele.
• Capture client information and consistently update it to promote boutique relationships and sales.
• Possess strong product knowledge of the various collections.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Develop a working knowledge of simple pen repair and after‑sales service techniques.
• Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store.
• Open and close the boutique as required.
• Communicate with the corporate office in the absence of management.
• Ensure loss‑prevention procedures are followed according to protocol.
• Handle transfers in the absence of management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales; jewelry or high‑end luxury product sales preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to stand on the sales floor for 90% of the workday.
• Physical dexterity to reach, bend, use a ladder, and lift large boxes containing product.
• Physical requirements: standing, reaching to cabinets or shelves, occasional ladder use, and handling of heavy boxes.

Expected Hourly Range
