Join us as a Key Holder at Ardene

We are looking for friendly, energetic individuals interested in fashion retail to join our team as Key Holders. If you're passionate about providing excellent customer service and leading by example, we want to hear from you.

Role Overview

The Key Holder supports visual merchandising, marketing directives, and collaborates with management to ensure smooth store and stockroom operations. In the absence of store leaders, the Key Holder assumes full responsibility for store operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, cleanliness, restocking, merchandising, customer service, and team supervision when managers are absent.
• Create a friendly environment by greeting and acknowledging customers, and being knowledgeable about products.
• Process transactions at the register.
• Adhere to all company policies and support store management in maintaining standards.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Excellent customer service and selling skills.
• Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, delegate, and take ownership.

Physical & Availability Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Compensation & Benefits
