Key Data Operators are permanent intermittent positions, working up to 8‑hour shifts Monday through Friday based on operational needs during the tax season (February to June). Positions may be extended beyond tax season if workloads permit.
Under close supervision of the Tax Program Supervisor in the Information Capture and Banking section, the Key Data Operator performs data entry on various workloads in a production environment.
Appointment may become full‑time.
Additional positions may become available (Various RPAs).
Requires at least 4 days in the office per week. The position is office‑centered and may be eligible for remote work based on departmental guidelines and operational need.
Work shifts are between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm.
Location: In Office.
