Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
• Knowledge of store procedures and basic software systems
• Understanding of merchandise flow in stores
• Strong problem solving and multi-tasking abilities
• Capable of coaching and delegating tasks to associates

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience for internal and external guests
• Acts as Manager on Duty and adheres to company policies
• Ensures staffing coverage and assigns tasks to associates
• Coaches and provides feedback to team members
• Maintains accurate procedures for opening/closing and store operations
• Partners with management on training needs and labor compliance
• Promotes safety, shrink reduction and loyalty programs
• Communicates priorities and progress with leadership
