You’ll coach Associates, maintain coverage, ensure procedures, and deliver outstanding customer experiences while supporting store goals and safety practices in a fast-paced off-price environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Superior communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Ensures store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan
• Addresses immediate customer service issues and provides coaching to Associates
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for a positive customer experience
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
