Job summary

The TJX Companies, Marshalls Towson store is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations and leadership. This role alternates with Coordinator duties and requires open availability, including nights and weekends, to ensure exceptional customer service and store performance.

You will model integrity, coach Associates, manage coverage, and help execute opening/closing procedures while staying aligned with company policies and labor guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience is required.
• 6 months leadership experience is required.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience in-store.
• Act as Manager on Duty per company policy.
• Ensure store tasks follow the store plan and priorities.
• Coach Associates and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Maintain proper Associate coverage and adhere to labor laws.
