Accurate Box Company seeks an experienced Sales Support professional to maintain relationships with high-profile accounts and assist Sales and CR Reps in processing orders across North America. Responsibilities

• Maintain friendly customer relationships with High Profile Accounts as support to CR Reps and liaison for packaging supply across US, Canada, and Mexico.
• Write customer orders with complete production and billing specs.
• Assist Sales Reps/CR Reps in processing orders and plan completion based on forecasts.
• Coordinate sample needs with design team and forward CAD drawings/samples for approvals.
• Process customer delivery requirements against WIP and advise relevant teams of changes.
• Coordinate inventory replacement using outsourced consignment warehouses for JIT deliveries.
• Forecasting and decision model maintenance and execution.
• Identify forecast risk and develop mitigation strategies.
• Assist in data reconciliation and input across systems.
• Assist in development of job orders and participate in special projects.
