Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems in Monroe, NC seeks a Project Coordinator for Key Accounts to plan, execute, and finalize large installations. This back‑office role coordinates resources, contractors, and end users while ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ direct work experience in project management with end‑to‑end execution.
• Strong familiarity with project management software and reporting tools.
• Experience with databases and third‑party EDI systems.
• Understanding of automatic door industry and field coordination.
• Ability to work independently or in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent written and oral communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage installation projects from initiation to completion with scope and budgets.
• Estimate resources, track milestones, monitor deliverables, and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop and implement best practices, tools, and progress reporting.
• Serve as primary contact for internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee KAC installations across Canada, scheduling and progress tracking.
• Review drawings, prepare RFIs, and create quotes for tenders and replacements.
• Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and glazing teams on site plans.
• Order doors, glass, profiles, and hardware; manage factory and change orders.
• Conduct site visits, inventory counts, and packing slips for orders.
• Generate sales reports to identify replacement doors and support booking processes.
• Perform additional tasks as required by management.
