ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is seeking an Installation Manager in Nashville, TN to lead installation operations, supervise technicians, and coordinate multiple projects monthly. You will work with end-users, general contractors, and suppliers while aligning activities with company goals under the Operations Leader or District Manager.

The role requires a High School Diploma (AA/BA/BS preferred) and proven supervision experience in door automation/construction; strong communication and scheduling

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; AA/BA/BS preferred.
• Experience directly managing/supervising Field Technicians in the Door Automation/Construction Industry.
• Experience planning and completing contracted jobs in the Construction Industry.
• Experience supervising Administrative personnel (scheduling, ordering, install coordination).
• Flexibility to work a varying schedule (including weekends).
• Experience installing electromechanical products is desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with General Contractors and End-Users across Retail, Healthcare, Government and related sectors; with sub-contractors.
• Experience dealing with vendors and suppliers for timely ordering and supply.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all Installation Technicians activities.
• Manage multiple installation projects each month and ordering/releasing equipment via factory and customer service.
• Coordinate scheduling of projects with end-user customers.
• Meet established goals and growth objectives under the Operations Leader or District Manager.
• Supervise Administrative personnel (scheduling, ordering, install coordination).
• Develop and maintain relationships with End-users, General Contractors, Sub-contractors, Architects and Suppliers.
• Maintain communication with Factory regarding backlog and job release (Work In Progress).
• Interact with Sales to determine proper labor hours and margins on projects.
• Review projections and forecast reports regularly.
