Job summary

The role emphasizes data analysis, problem-solving on the production floor, and driving continuous improvement through lean initiatives and SOP development.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in supply chain, operations, or related field.
• 3–5 years in production planning, scheduling, or inventory control in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute daily and weekly production schedules.
• Release, prioritize, and monitor work orders for on-time completion.
• Coordinate schedules with capacity, labor, and material constraints.
• Investigate and resolve work order discrepancies and reporting errors.
• Track schedule attainment and production performance metrics.
• Maintain inventory levels to support production while minimizing excess stock.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams.
• Support lean initiatives and development of SOPs for planning and inventory.
