Fastenal Co. is seeking an Account Specialist for our Hatfield, PA location to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service on the ground with branch key accounts. You will develop relationships, tailor product solutions to customer needs, and help grow the assigned book of business.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to meet driving record requirements for company vehicle use.
• Degree in Business/Marketing or related industry experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a local sales plan to reach goals.
• Support day-to-day needs of the branch''s key accounts.
• Work directly with key accounts.
• Grow and maintain assigned book of business.
