• Multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Develops and maintains communication strategies for customers and interdepartmental teams.

• Maintains quotes, orders and invoicing for assigned customers.
• Identifies opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Drives customer loyalty through proactive engagement and follow-up.
• Annual/bi-annual customer visits and coordination with service teams.
