Oversees all sales activities for all domestic products or services offered by the Distribution division in assigned territory. Develops sales objectives, strategies, advertising, and promotions with sales manager to maintain and grow business in assigned territory. Works with the technology department and manager to sell, install, and resolve issues with ADAPCO’s products. Makes recommendations to management regarding opportunities to maximize sales in the assigned territory. Appropriately scheduled and meets with territory customers to build and enhance relationships, as well as to maintain and grow the business with new and existing customers. Identifies and contacts prospective clients, generates sales proposals, and services existing accounts, ensuring quality and consistency of service and/or product delivery. Works with other company divisions to identify sales opportunities in assigned territory. Responsible for all bids, tradeshows, and customer interactions in assigned territory.
An undergraduate degree is not required but beneficial – Biology or science degrees preferred (or experience equivalent) but not required.
