You will collaborate with customers and internal teams across DELO’s global network, developing deep application-specific process expertise to support implementation and drive project success. The role requires a technical degree and at least 3 years of experience in a corporate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials/Plastics/Polymer/Automation/Mechanical/Electrical/Process/Chemical Engineering, Physics or Applied Chemistry.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems in a corporate setting.
• Willingness to travel and collaborate with customers and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and drive technical execution at key accounts.
• Analyze customer needs and define technical and process requirements.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams across DELO’s global network.
• Develop process expertise and support contract manufacturers in implementation.
• Coordinate cross-region teams to ensure project success.
• Monitor technical trends and share insights with industry experts.
• Provide regular feedback to the Global Key Account Manager.
