Job summary

DELO Industrial Adhesives seeks a Project Leader for the technical implementation of customer projects in the consumer electronics space. You will develop adhesive solutions, analyze customer needs, and coordinate with DELO teams globally to ensure successful deployment.

The role requires an engineering degree with 3+ years in a technical corporate environment, willingness to travel, and training in Germany. Based in the Greater San Jose Area (CA) with extensive international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Master’s welcomed.
• At least 3 years of experience in a technical corporate environment, preferably in sales or application engineering.
• Prior expertise in adhesives is not required; intensive training provided in Germany.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation projects at the key account in consumer electronics by developing and providing adhesive solutions.
• Analyze customer needs and determine technical and process requirements.
• Coordinate daily with DELO headquarters and Technology Center teams in Germany and subsidiaries.
• Build up application-specific process know-how and support the customer contract manufacturer.
• Proactively guide colleagues in other sales regions for these projects.
• Track and identify technical trends relevant to the key account and derive potential applications.
• Provide feedback to and work with the Global Key Account Manager.
