Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Key Account Manager to maintain and grow strategic customer relationships across a Canadian territory. You will review treatment programs, drive new business and coordinate with the commercial team to meet market needs. Travel 15–20% within territories including major Canadian locations.

The role requires a technical background in science, strong sales acumen, and ability to manage complex projects while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science or another technical field is required or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial water treatment solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and build assigned business relationships within the territory.
• Review treatment programs and processes to ensure effective applications and customer satisfaction.
• Sell new business and new applications; develop and implement sales plans.
• Collaborate with extended commercial team to understand business requirements and market needs.
• Manage profitability of the account including pricing and accounts receivable.
• Establish and prioritize an accurate sales funnel.
