Your ability to clear the way, extrapolate intricate details, attend to complex situations and serve as a trusted go-between make you a perfect fit for the Hypertension (HTN) Center Key Account Business Manager role at Syneos Health.

The Hypertension (HTN) Center Key Account Business Manager is a specialized sales role that focuses on providing value and driving performance at the Centers and affiliated outpatient clinics that are part of health networks. This role requires a blend of strong clinical expertise and successful sales background within the CVRM space, bringing pre-established relationships with health network centers for access. You will serve as a leader for insights & knowledge sharing related to these Centers and create/sustain a systemic approach to influence sales goal attainment for TRYVIO within your assigned geography.

Responsibilities
  1. Build Champions and Advocacy through KOL development, engagement, and advocacy among cardiologists, nephrologists, and high-profile internal medicine HCPs at key AMCs and aligned HTN Centers. This includes ongoing efforts with NP/PAs and other key stakeholders like pharmacists.
  2. Drive appropriate use of TRYVIO and focus on volume growth within targeted HTN centers and HCPs by engaging key HCPs to drive early appropriate use of TRYVIO through strong clinical and sales expertise, working within AMCs/Integrated Delivery Systems with access to outpatient clinics.
  3. Engage outpatient clinics affiliated with HTN Centers to bring awareness of TRYVIO and implement appropriate prescribing into their systems to increase uptake and sales growth.
  4. Attend conferences to better understand the healthcare landscape and engage HCPs.
  5. Build in-depth knowledge of customer needs and respond in ways that demonstrate credibility as an HTN expert.
  6. Collaborate with brand and internal teams to develop tailored resources and tools supporting account objectives.
  7. Build and update strategic account plans utilizing CRM capabilities aligned with business goals.
  8. Achieve performance goals and leverage productivity metrics.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness, and a results-oriented mindset, with:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience and 2+ years of account management experience
  • Experience within the broader cardio-metabolic renal space, including hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, heart failure, CKD
  • Existing relationships with HCPs, KOLs, and stakeholders within CV, nephrology, and high-profile internal medicine at key AMCs and HTN Centers
  • Experience working within academic medical centers and hypertension centers
  • Background with brands within integrated delivery networks, with experience in inpatient and outpatient care settings
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight
Compensation & Benefits

The annual base salary ranges from $175,000 to $182,500, with potential bonuses or commissions based on performance. Actual salary will depend on qualifications, skills, and proficiency.
