Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal forecasting activities with the KAM team and customer planners.
• Maintain and communicate forecast accuracy for the US key account.
• Resolve order and invoice issues and improve customer scorecard metrics.
• Manage customer service requests and support special projects from the KAM team.
• Build cross-functional relationships to meet customer requirements and company goals.
