Job summary

SiCar Farms is hiring a Key Account Manager – Sales to lead and grow select customer accounts in the produce sector. You will serve as the primary contact, manage orders and deliveries, resolve issues, and pursue new business opportunities.

The role requires hands-on account management, a deep understanding of produce pricing and logistics, and strong communication with cross-functional teams. Travel and after-hours calls may be required to support customers.

Qualifications

• Provide evidence of proven experience in B2B sales or account management.
• Deep knowledge of produce products, quality standards, seasonality, pricing and logistics.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key customer accounts.
• Coordinate orders, shipments, deliveries, quality concerns, claims and service issues.
• Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Procurement, Quality and Finance.
• Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams.
• Prepare quotes and develop sales opportunities.
• Maintain an active pipeline and accurate customer records.
• Support forecasting and monitor sales, pricing, margins and profitability.
• Travel to visit customers, prospects, events and locations.
