Responsibilities

• Organize bell ringers and driver schedules to optimize effectiveness.
• Maintain records of hours worked by bell ringers.
• Drive workers to and from kettle locations as needed.
• Assist in the hiring of bell ringers during the kettle season.
• Check on paid workers and volunteers during the day and thank volunteers.
• Set up kettles for the day and coordinate drivers for evening pickups.
• Help groups receive bell ringing equipment as needed.
• Address issues from workers, volunteers, groups, locations or equipment.
• Bring lunches to paid ringers and ensure time sheets are filled.
• Assist in counting and depositing money when asked.
• Enter data into Christmas spreadsheets and make notes for other coordinators.
• Disinfect equipment as directed and assist in other kettle duties.
