STV is seeking a seasoned civil engineering design professional to become the Kentucky Area Manager. You will lead the Transportation Group across Kentucky, drive growth and market diversification, and mentor an existing team of engineers in roadways, civil/site, aviation, geotechnical, geospatial, transit, and planning.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 20+ years of experience in relevant market sector with proven operations leadership and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize the business for the Area; make operational decisions to achieve STV's strategic and annual outcomes.
• Develop client relationships, drive revenue growth, improve project performance, and develop talent.
• Represent STV with clients and communities across Kentucky; maintain strong client and partner relationships.
• Identify, recruit, and develop talent to grow the business and succession for key leadership roles.
• Oversee local operations, including selecting client mix, services, and controlling overhead; ensure adherence to STV policies.
