STV is seeking a seasoned civil engineering design professional to serve as the Kentucky Area Manager for the Transportation Group. This high-visibility role drives growth, diversifies markets, and provides leadership to the Kentucky team.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Registered in Kentucky or able to reciprocity within 6 months; willing to sign & seal.
• 20+ years of experience in relevant market sectors with operations leadership and project delivery.
• Multi-disciplinary design leadership across Project Managers, Structural, civil, roadway, geotechnical, and survey.
• Business growth mindset: external and internal facing, pursuit strategies, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Represent STV with clients, industry, and community across Kentucky.
• Lead the Kentucky-area Transportation Group, guiding strategy and growth.
• Develop client relationships, drive revenue growth, and improve project performance.
• Mentor and develop talent; plan resources and succession for leadership roles.
• Ensure operations adhere to STV policies and manage client mix, services, and overhead.
