Job summary

STV, Inc. seeks a seasoned civil engineering design professional to serve as the Kentucky Area Manager. You will drive growth, market diversification, and provide strong leadership to STV's Transportation Group in Kentucky.

As the Area Manager for the Transportation Group across Kentucky, you will be the top executive for the state, mentoring engineers across roadways, civil/site, geotechnical, transit, and planning while expanding into new markets and ensuring exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Requires 20+ years in relevant market sectors with operations leadership and project delivery experience.
• Licensed in Kentucky or ability to reciprocity within 6 months; willing and able to sign & seal.
• Multidisciplinary design leadership across civil, roadway, geotechnical, and surveying domains.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize the business; make operational decisions to meet STV's strategic and annual goals for the Kentucky Area.
• Develop client relationships, drive revenue growth, and improve project performance.
• Lead and mentor an existing team of Engineers; recruit and develop talent; ensure successful project delivery.
