Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking a seasoned civil engineering design leader to serve as Kentucky Area Manager for the Transportation Group.

This high-visibility role drives growth, market diversification, and strong leadership for the Kentucky operation. As Area Manager you will oversee multidisciplinary teams across roadways, civil/site, geotechnical, transit, and planning; strengthen client relationships; win new work; and guide project delivery with P&L ownership in mind.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Registered in Kentucky or able to obtain reciprocity within 6 months; sign & seal.

Responsibilities

• Represent STV with clients, the industry, and the community across Kentucky.
• Develop client relationships, drive revenue growth, improve project performance, and develop talent.
• Identify, recruit, and develop talent to grow the business and ensure succession for leadership roles.
• Oversee selection of client mix and services, win new work, and manage local personnel and overhead.
