Kinsey's is seeking motivated in-office sales professionals to join our Dealer Sales team. You will manage a portfolio of dealer accounts, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

The role combines sales, account management, customer support, and business development responsibilities, with performance-based compensation and regular office hours.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, account management, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer requests.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of dealer accounts.
• Drive sales growth through outbound activities and relationship management.
• Make 50-60 outbound calls daily to assigned and prospective customers.
• Maintain regular contact with dealers to increase engagement.
• Resolve order issues, returns, exchanges, and shipping claims.
• Coordinate with manufacturer reps and vendors to support dealers.
• Keep accounts active through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Participate in phone queue operations and provide strong service.
• Recruit and develop new dealer relationships.
• Attend industry trade shows, dealer events, and meetings.
• Maintain accurate account records and communications in systems.
