The role blends an hourly rate of $14.00 with commission and focuses on converting prospective owners, reload opportunities, and maintaining post-sale relationships. Responsibilities include building a customer base, presenting sales options, handling contracts, and following up with owners to drive referrals and future business

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Proficiency in English; Hawaii Real Estate License required by law where mandated.
• Preferred: One-year related sales experience.
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer base; answer owner questions and provide recommendations.
• Follow up on referrals and leads; coordinate pricing, maps, and descriptions for owners.
• Monitor contract processing to minimize rescission decisions and ensure timely closings.
• Give sales presentations using the consultative sales process to build trust with owners.
• Explain financing options and assist in completing the sale paperwork.
