Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks an In-House Assistant Marketing Manager for its Kauai operations. You will lead the in-house marketing team, hire and train staff, and coordinate with sales to optimize tour flow and marketing programs.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of vacation-ownership marketing experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coach, multi-task, and deliver outstanding customer service. Benefits include comprehensive health plans and 401k with match.

Qualifications

• Two years marketing experience required, preferably in vacation ownership.
• Experience recruiting, hiring and supervising staff.
• Ability to develop and manage marketing campaigns and reports.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of in-house marketing staff: interview, hire and train associates; manage performance; conduct reviews.
• Run daily/weekly reports (arrival, in-house, owner arrival) and prepare status reports for deadlines.
• Coordinate with sales on tour seats and marketing program changes.
• Maintain tour invites and manifests; handle courier and supply orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned (5% time).
